Specific examples of best practise that our clients noted in the survey were for our efforts to:
- better equip custodians in the servicing of their asset manager clients
- facilitate complex collateral movements
- provide deep technical understanding of the clients’ needs and being responsive to inquiries
So, while other providers saw a mixed set of results, we are happy to report that we have continued to see a growth in triparty volumes on the Collateral Highway - triparty outstanding reached a new peak of EUR 737 billion as of 31 January 2021.
