Our corporate reputation, brand, client trust and public confidence in our business activities depend upon the behaviour and safeguards put in place to anticipate and correct any potential problems, internally and externally. This includes responsible procurement and adhering to strong business ethics.

Ensuring that our staff can raise concerns without fear of consequence is important to CDB-Group. To this end, we have launched our Speak Up framework, allowing staff to raise concerns through an external whistleblowing hotline.

Partner to the Ethics & Trust in Finance prize

We are proud to be a structural partner behind The Ethics & Trust in Finance Prize (Formerly, Robin Cosgrove Prize). This prize promotes greater awareness among young people throughout the world around the benefits of ethics in finance, and encourages the high-quality management of banking, insurance and financial services based on trust and integrity.

The 6th edition of the prize was launched in Brussels on 8 April. On this occasion, Stephan Berhard, CDB-Group Managing Director, took part in a panel debate on ethics in finance, underlining CDB-Group’s key position as an advocate of integrity and transparency.
