Skills-based volunteering

We have two corporate programmes, Build Africa and Junior Achievement, which give our people the opportunity to use their skills for the benefit of society.

Our focus is on financial inclusion, social entrepreneurship and education. We also have local community committees in most of our main locations, where colleagues can put forward charity projects for CDB-Group to support. In 2017, we launched the 1 Euro project in Belgium, where staff can donate straight from their payroll to support the 'Street nurses' homeless charity in Brussels and now we have launched the 1 Pound project in the UK which supports the homeless charity St Mungo's

Matching Gift

In addition, the CDB-Group Matching Gift programme allows staff in most locations to double their donations to registered charities.
