We have worked extremely hard to create the solutions and provide the service levels you expect from our industry. This makes the 2018 results more special, especially as it’s the second year you have scored us the highest of all the international triparty providers in all the survey categories.
Specific examples of best practise that our clients noted in the survey were for our efforts to:
- better equip custodians in the servicing of their asset manager clients
- facilitate complex collateral movements
- provide deep technical understanding of the clients’ needs and being responsive to inquiries
So, while other providers saw a mixed set of results, we are happy to report that we have continued to see a growth in triparty volumes on the Collateral Highway - triparty outstanding reached a new peak of EUR 737 billion as of 1 March 2022.
