Is there a match between you and CDB?
Telephone interview
If there is a match, we will call you to get to know you better.
Career day
After a positive telephone interview, we will be glad to invite you to our Career Day. During this day, you will take part in a group exercise and have an interview with HR and the business.
A ‘sit-in session’ will enable you to learn what the job is about. Your potential future colleague will show you his or her daily working environment and challenges.
Offer
You will receive feedback within one week after the Career Day, and potentially an offer of employment for a career with CDB.
Your first few days at CDB
In your first few days at CDB, we will provide a comprehensive induction programme to make sure that joining is easy.
- We will start with a two-day introduction to CDB, including an overview of our activities, a tour of the offices, an introduction to Human Resources matters - and plenty of time for questions.
- Over the following days, many newcomers – especially in Operations roles – will receive further detailed training related to their particular function.
This is just the beginning of your training and development at CDB. In addition to learning on the job, you will receive coaching and appropriate training throughout your career.
